Finding us
The Zürcher Engrosmarkt is a wholesale market site. At the entrance there is an office building where the businesses based in the market have their offices, ours among them. You report there without having to go through the market halls.
The kitchen is behind it, inside the market itself. If you would like to see it, we are glad to show you.
From 1 October 2026 we have our own office where we receive guests.
By car
There is parking on site that you can use as a visitor. It is subject to a charge. From the nearest space it is about two minutes on foot to the office.
By tram
Tram 51 to the Aargauerstrasse stop.

Usually we come to you, at your office or your home. Then we see the space at the same time and know what is possible.
If you would rather come to us, you are welcome. The site is busiest in the early morning, and if that interests you, come then.

Where is MicheleKocht?
Aargauerstrasse 1, 8048 Zürich, at the Zürcher Engrosmarkt. The office is in the office building at the entrance, the kitchen in the market behind it.
Do I have to go through the market to reach you?
No. The offices of the market businesses are at the entrance and directly accessible. We are glad to show you the kitchen if you would like to see it.

Yes, on site, subject to a charge. From the nearest space it is about two minutes on foot.
How do I reach you by public transport?
Tram 51 to the Aargauerstrasse stop.
When can we reach you?
Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 23:00, Sundays from 06:30 to 22:30. Best to let us know beforehand.

By arrangement, gladly. Tell us when and we will meet you at the entrance.

Focused on Zürich and the lake. Regularly also in Zug, Schwyz, on the Obersee, in Baden, Aarau, Olten, Lucerne, Basel, Bern, Winterthur and Schaffhausen. In principle we cook throughout Switzerland.
