Every menu is written from scratch, out of the occasion, the guests and whatever was good at the market that morning.
The menus here came about exactly that way. They show how we think and what is possible. If you see a dish you like, tell us, and we will build from it.

Can we choose from these menus?
These are examples from real events rather than a set list. Yours gets written fresh, to suit your occasion and your guests. If you see something here you like, we are glad to take it as a starting point.
Will you recreate a dish that matters to us?
Yes. Bring us the recipe, a photograph, or just the memory of it, and we work at it until it is right.
Do you cook cuisines that are not on these menus?
Yes. We have cooked menus from countries we had never worked in, because a guest came from there.
Can you do a fully vegetarian or vegan menu?
Yes. The Literaturhaus menu above is entirely vegetarian. Felix helped develop two vegan cooking concepts.
Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, lactose-free, gluten-free and allergies are taken with the guest list and labelled on site.
Where do the ingredients come from?
From the Zürcher Engrosmarkt, where our kitchen is, and from suppliers we have worked with for years.
Do the menus change with the season?
Yes. What is good at the market decides the menu. A menu in February looks nothing like one in June.
What does a menu cost per person?
Apéro from CHF 35, flying dinner from CHF 45, with live cooking also from CHF 45, tavolata from CHF 55, served menu from CHF 70. Staff, drinks and equipment come on top and are listed separately in the quote.

Tell us who is coming, what is being celebrated and what you like to eat. If you have a dish in mind, we recreate it. If not, we will propose one.
