We cook for banks, industrial firms and agencies, for two people in a meeting room and for 1,500 at a Christmas party. What stays the same: the food is bought by hand that morning, and in most cases we cook on site rather than only delivering.
Figures for your reporting
Catering sits under Scope 3 for you. On request we supply a breakdown after the event covering origin, transport distances, food waste and share of reusables.
If you send us a supplier questionnaire, we will complete it.
More on sustainabilityWhat does a company event cost per person?
A business apéro starts at around CHF 35 per person for the food. An event with live cooking starts at CHF 45. Staff, drinks and equipment come on top and are listed separately in the quote.
Who usually organises your events?
Most often office managers, executive assistants and HR. You don’t need any prior experience. We ask the questions that matter and propose a concept.
Can you cook in our office?
In most cases, yes. We bring cooking stations, tableware, glassware and staff. Live cooking needs space and, depending on the setup, either an outdoor area or good ventilation.
Do we get a quote with all costs included?
Yes. The quote is broken down into food, staff, drinks and equipment so you can see how the total is made up. Drinks are invoiced on what is actually consumed.
Do you provide figures for our sustainability reporting?
Yes. On request you receive a breakdown after the event covering origin, transport distances, food waste, share of plant-based dishes and share of reusables. We complete supplier questionnaires.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Three days for smaller events. For a Christmas party, five days is enough.
