Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all events we deliver for you. Any departures from them are set out in the quote, and the quote takes precedence over these terms.
2. Quote and order
Our quotes are valid for 90 days. An order comes into effect when you confirm the quote in writing. Figures on our website are reference values and do not constitute a quote.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs and exclude 8.1 percent VAT. Drinks are invoiced on actual consumption. Staff are budgeted for the duration of the event and shown as a separate line in the quote.
4. Payment
For orders above CHF 5,000, 50 percent is due on confirmation of the order. The balance is payable within 10 days of invoicing. Quotes are valid for 90 days.
5. Guest numbers
You confirm the final guest count 5 days before the event. That figure is the basis for both purchasing and invoicing.
If fewer guests attend, the confirmed number is charged, because that is what was bought and planned for. If more attend, we charge the actual number.
6. Cancellation
For orders above CHF 5,000, 50 percent is due on confirmation of the order.
Up to 6 weeks before the event, cancellation is free and the deposit is refunded in full.
Between 6 weeks and 10 days, we retain the deposit.
Less than 10 days before, the full amount for the food is due, excluding staff and drinks. By that point the produce has been bought.
7. Short notice
When it has to happen quickly, it usually still can. A picnic for two is possible the next day; a party for two hundred takes a little more. Depending on the work involved a surcharge may apply, which we tell you in advance. Ask before you give up on it.
8. Postponement
The date may be moved free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event, provided the new date is available with us. After that, the cancellation terms under clause 6 apply.
9. Your obligations
You ensure that we have timely access to the venue and that power, water and a delivery route are available.
Any permits required for the venue and the event are your responsibility, unless we have agreed otherwise.
10. Allergies and dietary requirements
You inform us of allergies and dietary requirements at the latest with the final guest count. We label the food on site. We cannot accept responsibility for information that does not reach us in time.
11. Equipment
Tableware, glasses, furniture and equipment we bring remain our property. Damage or loss occurring during the event is charged at replacement value.
12. Force majeure
If we are unable to deliver an event for reasons outside our control, we will look for an alternative date together. Costs already incurred will be charged.
13. Photography and recording
We occasionally photograph our own work at events. If you would rather we did not, tell us beforehand and we will not.
Images in which guests are identifiable are published only with your consent. At boardroom dining events we do not photograph at all.
14. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Einsiedeln.
