Every quote we write has four parts: food, staff, drinks and equipment. Staff, drinks and equipment come on top and are listed separately in the quote.
What an event costs in the end
Allow CHF 45 to 120 per guest for an apéro, from CHF 80 for a company event with live cooking, and from CHF 150 for a wedding, in each case including staff, drinks and equipment. There is no upper limit, because that depends on what you want.
The four parts of a quote
Food
Per person, depending on format and menu. Reference figures below.
Staff
Kitchen and service are there for the whole event and leave when it is over. We agree how many people are needed in advance, and the amount appears in the quote.
Drinks
On actual consumption, not on an estimate. We calculate realistically in advance and invoice what was drunk after the event.
Equipment and logistics
Tableware, glasses, cutlery, standing tables, furniture, refrigeration, transport both ways, disposal.
The food, per person
All figures for the food, excluding 8.1 percent VAT.

Every quote is calculated individually. These are experience figures, so you know what scale you are planning at.
The ideas cost nothing.
We do not charge for the first meeting, the concept or the menu design. Finding the venue is included in the catering. You pay for what is actually there on the night.
Which is why there is no price list here for flowers or for setting a room. Twelve table arrangements and a forest in an open-plan office are two different projects. We calculate on the work involved and set it out in the quote.
Payment
For orders above CHF 5,000, 50 percent is due on confirmation of the order. The balance is payable within 10 days of invoicing. Quotes are valid for 90 days. All prices exclude 8.1 percent VAT.
Guest numbers
We need the final guest number 5 days before the event. It is the basis for the invoice. If fewer guests come, the confirmed number is charged, because that is what was bought and planned for. If more come, we charge the actual number.
Postponement
The date may be moved free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event, provided the new date is available with us.
Short notice
When it has to happen quickly, it usually still can. A picnic for two is possible the next day; a party for two hundred takes a little more. Depending on the work involved a surcharge may apply, which we tell you in advance. Ask before you give up on it.
Cancellation
For orders above CHF 5,000, 50 percent is due on confirmation of the order.
Up to 6 weeks before the event, cancellation is free and the deposit is refunded in full.
Between 6 weeks and 10 days, we retain the deposit.
Less than 10 days before, the full amount for the food is due, excluding staff and drinks. By that point the produce has been bought.
For tenders and supplier assessments
On request we supply figures on origin, transport distances and food waste for your sustainability report.
If you send us a supplier questionnaire, we will complete it.
