A first conversation, on the phone or at your place. We ask about the event, the guests, the venue and the budget.

A quote within three working days, with proposed menu, running order, staff and equipment, each listed separately.

Confirmation. For orders above CHF 5,000, 50 percent is due on confirmation of the order. The balance is payable within 10 days of invoicing.

On the day. We arrive two hours beforehand, set up, cook, serve and clear away.
How quickly do we get a reply?

Usually within three working days of the first conversation.
Do we need to know what we want already?
No. The date, the place and a rough guest number are enough. We ask the questions that matter and propose a concept.
Does the consultation cost anything?
No. We do not charge for the first meeting, the concept or the menu design.
How short notice can we give?
Three days is enough for smaller events. Shorter often works, sometimes with a surcharge depending on the work involved, which we tell you in advance. Ask anyway.
Do we get a tasting?
We bring something to the first meeting if the event is a fit.
