For one Christmas party we put 50 fir trees into an open-plan office.
On Friday evening there were monitors. By Saturday, a forest with lights and a fire. Built overnight, taken down on the Sunday.
By Monday everything was clean and back to normal.

Music and sound
What a live musician does to a room is often underestimated. Live saxophone or a DJ: we match the music to the running order, from the apéro to after dessert, and provide the system and microphones for speeches. Sound and vision we leave to specialists who work closely with us.
Ice sculptures
For Douglas Schweiz we had a champagne bar made from ice, with the logo engraved into it. Something like that stands in the room all evening, changes slowly, and gets photographed. In the age of social media that is a shot people want.
Furniture, marquees and light
Tables, chairs, benches, standing tables, lounge and bar. Marquees when the party is outdoors. Lighting that changes a room. The components that make the difference.
Setting up and taking down
We set up, coordinate every trade on site, and are responsible after the event for taking it all down cleanly.

We do not charge for concept, design and planning up to the quote. Anything beyond that we agree with you in advance. What you pay for is the material: flowers, furniture, lighting, technical and staff.
There is no price list here. Twelve table arrangements and a forest in an open-plan office are two different projects, and a number in between would tell you nothing. We calculate on the work involved and set it out in the quote.

Do you make ice sculptures?
Yes. Engraved too, with a company name or the names of the couple.
Do you make engraved menu cards?
Yes. With a company logo or the couple’s names.
Do you take on the music as well?
Yes. We match the music to the running order and provide the system and microphones. We arrange live music or a DJ on request.
Do you take on decoration without the catering?
No. With us it belongs to the event. If the food is already placed elsewhere, tell us anyway. Sometimes we can still point you somewhere.
Can you turn an office into something else for one evening?
Yes. We build overnight and take it down again the next day.
How far ahead should we ask?
Two to three months for a full room design. For flowers and table decoration a few weeks is enough.
